Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Is Getting a Muppets Makeover at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

There’s a big (and very fun) update coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios — and it involves high-speed thrills, iconic music, and a whole lot of Muppet chaos.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is getting a brand-new theme starring The Muppets, and it’s set to debut in summer 2026.

The Electric Mayhem Takes the Stage

The ride’s new storyline centers around the legendary Muppet band, The Electric Mayhem. They’re gearing up for their biggest concert ever… but there’s just one problem:

The band is missing.

Guests will step into the action at a reimagined recording studio, now run by The Muppets themselves. Inside, you’ll find the band mid-jam session while their manager, Scooter, tries (and struggles) to get them to the concert on time.

The Ride Experience: A Rock ‘n’ Roll Road Trip

Once you board, you’ll take off on a fast-paced ride through Hollywood in a super-stretch limousine, all in an effort to make it to the concert before it starts.

Along the way, expect:

• Twists, turns, and high-speed launches

• A soundtrack filled with Electric Mayhem’s rock-inspired hits
